Weigh-in...du-du-du...
And the verdict is...too much good food yesterday (on the salty side) but overall a good week, because we ran or walked every day we were scheduled to, and for the most part stayed within points (6 over the weekly flex points). What does that mean?? A gain of 2 over last week. Not great scale wise, but now I know what I need to do this week. Did not run today because of the sore shoulder, but I'll get out there tomorrow for a good power walk (if I don't end up running) and back on schedule. I will not beat myself up about this.
