First off, let me congratulate everyone who was out on the pathways today at lunch. Good for you for getting outside and getting the blood pumping. Now, if only you would all learn some simple path ettiquette! SLOWER TRAFFIC TO THE RIGHT! It's a simple rule that no one seems to know or how to follow. It's lovely that you are all out with your groups and the office gossip is awesome, however, when you hear someone coming up behind you, form a single file, so that we can pass you. Don't spread out further, because you don't want to get snow on your new Christmas boots or what have you!! Argh!!!
But managed to get in 6K today. Brief argument with the Garmin, again, but this too shall pass. Good thing I discovered the outstanding instructional videos on the Garmin website, so hopefully there's something about how to maintain data from two runs on the same day (don't ask). The guy in the video is kind of cute, which doesn't hurt!
