Good

Good day...went without a hitch, very smooth for day 2 of month end.
Good eats...got in loads of fruit & veggies, proteins and even a treat (a chocolate-laden, homemade protein bar)
Good run...maintained a great tempo pace between 7:31 - 7:40 for 4km.
Good afternoon...got most of my important month-end report done, so I can finish it off tomorrow and leave the rest of the week guilt-free.
Good evening...got some groceries, did some puttering, ate dinner, watched the tube.
And now, since I decided I am really tired...
