2013 Race Schedule

April: so far nothing, but the year is young!

This is where the "craziness" starts!

May 2: SkirtChaser 5k, Calgary, AB - no go, as I had to work late. Got the skirt though...XXL. Um, what?

May 5: BMO Half Marathon, Vancouver, BC - 3 hours of pain and heat. Worst Half of my history of running. Boo.

May 11: Rocky Mountain Soap Half, Canmore, AB - sold bib. DNR

May 25: Blackfoot Ultra 50k, St. Albert, AB - DNF - after 12K, realized I was in trouble. 7k later finally got picked up.

June 15: Millerville Half, Millerville, AB - sold bib. Volunteered.

June 23: Banff Marathon, Banff, AB (net downhill!!) - cancelled until 2014 due to Flood 2013

July 7: Stampede Half, Calgary, AB - sold bib. Volunteered before bone scan.

July 27: Shopper's Drug Mart Run for Women, Calgary, AB - trying to sell bib. Injured, can not run.

Aug 10: Mud Hero 6k Obstacle, Red Deer, AB - trying to sell bib. Injured, can not run. Volunteering both days.

Aug 17: Spartan 5k Obstacle, Calgary, AB - trying to sell bib. Injured, can not run. Going to volunteer.

Aug 25: Moose Mountain 29k Trail, Bragg Creek, AB - cancelled till 2014 due to Flood 2013. Was going to sell bib anyway.

Sept 28: Melissa's 22k, Banff, AB - hope to be out of boot and healed by now, but planning on dropping to 10k distance.

Oct 13: Bank of America Marathon, Chicago, IL - don't care if I have to CRAWL!

Nov 2: Winterstart 5 Mile, Banff, AB - this is a fun, night run, so I'll walk it (or maybe I'll be running again by now). Still going.
